Skagit Island Rehabilitation Group began with a genuine desire to find the answers to the following questions posed by a small business, private practice owner:
The desire to know the answers resulted in these revelations:
After several trial options of consulting with highly reputable business minds and accounting experts, Greg Fritz, PT, came to the realization that financial advisors think as "historians of data", and do not forecast possibilities and realities that translate to therapy-minded clinicians. He brought on Travis Heisman, CPA and co-founder of SIRG, who understood the small business owner mentality and was able to translate "financial-eze" into easily understandable and relevant principles. SIRG was rolled out after obtaining financing, managing those finances, and developing sound, stable systems and infrastructure that still exist and are implemented to this day. Travis is no longer with the company, but Greg's desire to keep SIRG alive lived on, but was impeded by his passion for and necessity of full-time patient care.
Still believing that the need for SIRG to the small business owner remains and is of tremendous value, Greg continues to offer the services of SIRG, which now consists of a dedicated team of knowledgable, trained professionals, who strive to help the small business owners of physical therapy clinics to be "better than expected". More time with family, personal happiness, and security in knowing you are part of a network of clinic owners with the same aspirations is what SIRG can offer to your business.
